The Buzz Off Zebra & Neck Rug
The BuzzOff Zebra & Neck rug is designed to provide comprehensive protection for the horse's body and neck offering the added convenience of a removable neck piece. The neck piece not only shields the horse's neck from flies but also helps protect the mane. An elasticated brow band assists in keeping the neck piece securely in place while the horse grazes. Additionally a belly pad is included to safeguard the horse's belly and aid in keeping the rug properly positioned. The large tail flap provides protection for the tail from fly irritation.
The BuzzOff Zebra range are all made from a specially developed lightweight fine mesh fabric featuring a Zebra print.
Extensive research has revealed that flies are averse to Zebra stripes because they find them visually confusing. The contrasting black and white stripes disorient flies making them more likely to avoid these areas compared to solidcoloured fabrics.
