Delivery & Returns Policy

If goods are in stock, despatch will be same day, if your order has been received before 12am, but under exceptional circumstances or demand, please allow 8-10 working days for the UK and in general for overseas.

Whenever possible we are using DHL for shipping. However, there may be situations where due to size, shape, value or weight that we may use other carriers.

We try to keep a number of products in stock but due to the high number of colours and sizes we offer eg.breeches, it is not possible to hold every combination and some delay may occur. For customised products please expect 4-6 weeks delivery as a minimum. Some disruption in deliveries may occur duting July/August and Xmas due to factory shut-down.

Any delay exceeding the above will immediatedly be communicated to you.

Out of stock items will usually be depatched within 28 working days. However, customized products like Pikeur Jackets and breeches in special colours may take slightly longer.

You have the right to cancel your order by notifying us by email should you not wish to wait for the despatch, unless the order is for a customized product and the manufacturing process has commenced, in which case there will be a canellation charge of 20% of the value of the cancelled product.

If you have not received delivery of your parcel within 20 days of shipment, please raise an enquiry with us immediately. Any time frame exceeding this may result in the courier being unable to trace the parcel.

Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective material or poor workmanship should be returned for our inspection immediately, and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. In these cases 28 days must be allowed. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you would have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified claims.

Any goods which do not meet with your expectations must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused, undamaged and unsoiled condition. Where applicable the original branded packaging should be returned undamaged . In this unlikely event, replacement or full refund will be given less any external charges incurred, packaging and postage . In the case of return/exchange, no charge will be made other than for shipping. Customised products are non-returnable.

In every case of return, prior notification must be given to Amira Equi and Return Authorisation Number (RAN) obtained. Returns must be clearly marked "Goods Return to Vendor" on parcel and on customs documentation if declaration is required. Failure to comply with the above returns guidelines may result in you incuring customs and carrier handling charges on entry to the UK, if returning goods from overseas. Any costs incurred by Amira Equi will be deducted from the refund.

In case of exchange or replacement of products, you will need to place a new order on our website.

If orders qualified for a "cart value discount" - and items are subsequently cancel or returned - then the discount will be invalidated if the order value drops below the qualifying amount and the discount will be deducted from the refund.

The return will be credited when the returned goods have been received by us, except for international returns made via DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc. which will be credited after 45 days due to possible charges from these carriers against the receiver eg. FedEx has a standard returns fee of £30 which will be deducted from the refund.
