Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click "Buy this Now" for any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You will be asked to enter the quantity you wish to buy and to confirm your selection. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You can view your "Shopping Cart" at any time whilst shopping.We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. For security reasons payment will charged at the time of ordering via HSBC Bank. Some customers may find that the have problems with the HSBC payment link, This could be caused by their computer not being permitted to use "https" (secure sites) as opposed to "http" or that they have a large amount of temporary internet files stored on their computer.You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or mail should you find that you have problems with the HSBC payment link.For security we strongly recommend that you place your order via our website and as part of the ordering you will be required to accept our terms of trading. If orders are made by telephone then our terms of trading as displayed on our website will deemed to have been accepted.We will make every effort to maintain the pricing which is stated on the website and/or order acknowledgement email. However, in rare cases there may be a system error which quotes the wrong price or that we have had to accept a late manufacturers price increase or product change. In such eventuality we reserve the right to contact you with a revised price before accepting and processing the order. Should you decide not to proceed with the order in such a situation, a full fefund will be given within 14 days.Products displayed on this website are all available for purchase but may not all in stock at the time or ordering.

Shipping And Handling
It is our policy only to cover the costs of shipping and the charge depends upon the shipping destination, the weight and the shape of the goods you are ordering.To see the shipping cost of your order please select the products you want and go to the checkout where you need to enter the shipping destination and clock Next - the system will then automatically calculate the charge for you - you do not have to complete the buying process if you do not wish, just click Cancel at the bottom of the screen. VAT may be excluded for orders from outside EU and from EU countries (other than the UK) provided you state your VAT number on the order form. Our delivery service will require signature on delivery and will attempt delivery to your specified delivery address several times. If you are unavailable to receive your delivery they will leave instructions for you to collect the package(s). If you fail to collect within a week then the items may be returned to us. Re-shipping chan be arranged but is chargable. Should you not wish for the item(s) to be re-shipped then the return will be treated as a return as per our returns policy.Due to the weight of Show Jumping Equipment incl. FEI Cups & tracking and Yard & Field Equipment, the first 20kg will be charged at £9.05 + VAT and £0.27 + VAT for each additional Kg. It is our aim to ship this equipment to you in the most economical way and a general guide will be 10% of the order value. Should you wish to arrange your own shipment please let us know. Deliveries outside the UK mainland will be charged at cost. Show Jumnping and Yard & Field Equipment will be shipped seperately and charged as if ordered seperately from other irems ordered.

Delivery Schedule
If goods are in stock, despatch will be same day, if your order has been received before 12am, but under exceptional circumstances or demand, please allow 8-10 working days for the UK and in general for overseas.Show jumping equipment is delivered directly from the factory dand will be despatched within a few days but a delay of up to 4-6 weeks may occur during periods of extreme demand. As soon as we have received your order we will send you a confirmation of the expected delivery time for your equipment.We try to keep a number of products in stock but due to the high number of colours and sizes we offer eg.breeches, it is not possible to hold every combination and some delay may occur. For customised products please expect 4-6 weeks delivery as a minimum. some disruption in deliveries may occur duting July/August and Xmas due to factory shut-down.Any delay exceeding the above will immediatedly be communicated to you.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Out of stock items will usually be depatched within 28 working days. However, customized products like Pikeur Jackets and breeches in special colours may take slightly longer. You have the right to cancel your order by notifying us by email should you not wish to wait for the despatch, unless the order is for a customized product and the manufacturing process has commenced, in which case there will be a canellation charge of 20% of the value of the canelled product.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. Children's clothing up to the age of 13 is zero rated.If you are registered for VAT within the European Union (other then the UK) your order will exclude VAT provided you send us proof of registration.Orders to non-EU are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. However, individual countries may impose local taxes and import duties on arrival which is the responsibility of the customer.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective material or poor workmanship should be returned for our inspection immediately, and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. In these cases 28 days must be allowed. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you would have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified claims.Any goods which do not meet with your expectations must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused, undamaged and unsoiled condition. Where applicable the original branded packaging should be returned undamaged . In this unlikely event, replacement or full refund will be given less any external charges incurred, packaging and postage . In the case of return/exchange, no charge will be made other than for shipping and a restocking charge of 10%. Customised products are non-returnable.In every case of return, prior notification must be given to Amira Equi and Return Authorisation Number (RAN) obtained. Returns must be clearly marked "Goods Return to Vendor" on parcel and on customs documentation if declaration is required. Failure to comply with the above returns guidelines may result in you incuring customs charges, if returning goods from overseas and your return will be subject to an administration and restocking charges of up to 25% of the order value. In case of exchange or replacement of products, you will need to place a now order on our website. The return will be credited when the returned goods have been received by us, except for international returns made via DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. which will be credited after 45 days due to possible charges from these carriers against the receiver eg.
