Breaking the concept that single-panelled body protectors are rigid, inflexible and uncomfortable; Airowear introduce Outlyne incorporating ULTRAFLEX™ TECHNOLOGY.

Outlyne is the revolutionary body protector that uses the latest hi-tech materials which absorb and spread impact, thereby lessening the injury sustained from a fall or kick.

Incorporating Ultraflex™ technology, Outlyne improves comfort and flexibility for the rider by using the the thinnest possible shock absorbing materials without compromising on protection or comfort.

Ultraflex™ Technology is cleverly structured so Outlyne can spread around the torso, making it mould comfortably to the contours of the body.

When combined with body heat, Outlyne becomes softer as it reacts to changes in temperature. Using Ultraflex™ technology, Outlyne takes even less time to soften as it absorbs heat from the body much faster than traditional materials.

Airowear perforate their materials as much as possible without losing any impact absorption. This further improves the flexibility of the body protector whilst providing airflow and ventilation to the rider.
